McKinlays Footwear Ltd will exchange unworn and unmarked footwear when accompanied by the original purchase receipt and returned within fourteen days of purchase. This does not apply to custom made lines.

- Goods have been damaged after purchase.
- Please note all shoe care products are a final sale.
For New Zealand customers purchasing on-line, goods must be returned to the factory. Refunds or exchanges for online purchases should be shipped to the address below within 14 days of the purchase, including a copy of your original invoice and reasons for the return or exchange. Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment excluding delivery costs. All postage costs will be covered by the customer.
