McKinlays Footwear Shipping & Returns

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

McKinlays Footwear is closing for our annual Christmas Break from December 21st 2018 to January 14th 2019, all orders made over this period will be processed once we’re backĀ 

New Zealand Orders

Shipping is free of charge for deliveries within New Zealand. All goods require a signature upon delivery, and couriers usually operate between 8:00am and 6:00pm on business days. We recommend that you specify a daytime delivery address when ordering, for example, your work address. We use Peter Baker Couriers (PBT) or you can select New Zealand Couriers at check out for an additional cost depending on how fast you need your goods.

International Orders

Goods sent overseas are sent by New Zealand Post using their International courier (track & trace) service. Delivery time and cost will show at the checkout stage of ordering.

Orders to countries outside New Zealand may be subject to import duties and/or taxes which are levied once your package reaches your country. All of our orders are shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis which means that the prices displayed at checkout are exclusive of all taxes & duties.

We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties or taxes your goods will incur as these are applied by your local customs office. Your local carrier may invoice you for any local taxes or you may have to deal with your local customs office to organise payment and release of the package. These charges are the buyers responsibility.Please check with your countries customs office to determine their documentation requirements & costs before purchasing.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges-Online Store Conditions

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of dispatch of your order. The cost of returning any items for exchange or refund is at the buyers expense unless the product is faulty. Goods must be in as-new conditions with all original packaging including shoebox undamaged. Please include a copy of your original invoice and full details of why they are being returned. The refund will be credited against your original method of payment. We will notify you by email when we have completed the refund, however please note that refunds can take time for your bank to process.
